My journey into nutrition counseling began unexpectedly. A close family member faced significant health issues, and it opened my eyes to the power of food in recovery and overall well-being. As I researched and learned, I became passionate about guiding others on their paths to better health. Studying various holistic approaches, I found that traditional nutrition resources often overlooked the emotional and spiritual aspects of eating. This realization inspired me to open Sacred Souls Holistic Health, where I blend evidence-based nutrition practices with a compassionate understanding of each client’s life story. Each day, I find joy in helping others transform their relationships with food, fostering not just physical health but emotional empowerment.
