Nest Integrative Wellness was born from a simple yet profound realization: health is not a one-size-fits-all journey. As the founder, my own struggles with chronic pain and the limitations of conventional medicine led me on a quest for knowledge in various healing disciplines. I immersed myself in the worlds of nutrition, acupuncture, and mindfulness, discovering how they seamlessly intertwine to create a larger picture of health. The name ‘Nest’ reflects a safe and nurturing environment where clients can land softly as they embark on their personal healing journeys. I envisioned a space where the community could come together to learn, share, and grow—where people could feel deeply understood and supported. Sitting down with clients over herbal tea to develop tailored treatment plans or watching a group yoga class cultivate connections reminds me daily of the magic we’re creating here.
