Our Story

The journey to founding Sana Soma Integrative Centre blossomed from my own quest for holistic healing while navigating life’s challenges. Years ago, I felt lost in the fast-paced world we live in, often trying to fit into boxes that didn’t serve my spirit. I sought out different modalities—from meditation and yoga to expressive writing—to gain clarity. Each experience shaped my path and ignited a passion for facilitating others in their journeys. Today, I create a sanctuary where individuals can explore their emotional landscapes without judgment or pretense. What drives me is witnessing those lightbulb moments in clients—their transformations when they realize they have the tools within to create change. It’s this authenticity that imbues every session with life and relevance.
