The inception of I Am My Evolution Reiki and Retreats was born from a personal quest for balance and purpose. My journey into holistic wellness began with a profound interest in Ayurveda during a pivotal period in my life, characterized by stress and uncertainty. The desire to share this transformative experience sparked the creation of my own sanctuary in Edmonton.
