Higher Ground Counselling and Wellness is a trauma-informed mental health practice led by Dr. Jennifer Primmer, Ph.D., CT, MPCC, RPC, CCTP. Provides individual and couples therapy for the general public, first responders, healthcare providers, nurses, counsellors, and social workers. Dr. Jennifer Primmer, with a Ph.D. in Philosophy and extensive training in cognitive science, leads Higher Ground Counselling & Wellness. With over fifteen years of experience, she employs evidence-based treatments and holistic approaches to help clients navigate their emotional journeys. The center's commitment to creating a safe space for healing is reflected in its trauma-informed practices and the compassionate care provided to each client.
