CITCM (Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine) is a Calgary-based college offering acupuncture, TCM, and massage therapy training. As the Canadian Branch College of Chengdu University of TCM (CDUTCM), they're the only acupuncture college in Canada offering a bachelor's degree through CDUTCM. Features a busy student clinic where patients receive treatment from students supervised by experts. Programs blend online learning with practical hands-on training.
Our Story
The inception of CITCM Acupuncture & Massage Therapy Training unfolded from my personal healing journey within Traditional Chinese Medicine. After grappling with my own health challenges, I discovered the profound impact that acupuncture and TCM could have on physical and emotional well-being. This transformative experience ignited a passion within me to share this knowledge and empower others. From those early days, my vision has focused on creating a nurturing environment where aspiring therapists can thrive. I believe that education in TCM should not be confined to textbooks; it should be an immersive experience grounded in compassion and understanding.
