Our Story

The inception of Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi - Calgary Centre traces back to a moment of personal revelation in my own practice. Years ago, in search of balance amidst life's chaos, I stumbled upon Tai Chi and was captivated by its elegance and depth. The gentle movements brought me not only strength, but a profound sense of peace I had long sought. Realizing how transformative this art could be, I felt compelled to share it with others. Opening the Calgary Centre became a labor of love—creating a sanctuary where individuals could experience the same tranquility and resilience I found.
