Years ago, I stumbled upon a Pilates class while searching for a way to reconnect with my body after a challenging period. What started as a personal journey quickly blossomed into a deep love for the practice and its ability to transform lives. The joy I found in movement, coupled with my desire to share this gift with others, fueled my path into becoming a certified instructor. Over the years, I have collected a wealth of knowledge, attending workshops across North America and immersing myself in diverse Pilates techniques. Setting up Adirection Pilates was a dream fulfilled; a place to share my passion and connect with the Calgary community. Our studio is more than just a space for fitness; it’s a sanctuary where body positivity, personal growth, and friendships flourish.
