My passion for nutrition blossomed from my own journey with food and wellness. Growing up, I faced my share of challenges—balancing a hectic life while trying to maintain a healthy diet seemed elusive. After completing my education in nutrition, I decided to plant my roots in Calgary, a city that resonates with my belief in community and healthy living.
