Akshobya Kadampa Buddhist Centre offers meditation classes and retreats in Calgary based on the teachings of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Classes include teachings on karma, consciousness, emptiness, tantra, and grief/loss. Programs feature two guided meditations and teachings from qualified teachers. Free pop-up meditation classes available. Also serves Yellowknife and Okotoks. Online classes open to everyone in Alberta.
