Founder/CEO
Phil is a University of Alberta graduate with over a decade of clinical experience. He founded Arlo Medical Injections to combine his healthcare practice with his passion for aesthetics. Phil has advanced training in facial aesthetics and is committed to lifelong learning to set the standard for patient care in the industry.
Alice Tran
Nurse Injector | Registered Nurse
Alice has been a public health nurse for 13 years, working with postpartum mothers, newborns, and the Alberta vaccination program. She is also a certified hair and makeup artist with 10 years of experience. Combining her nursing and aesthetic expertise, Alice became a nurse injector trained by Dr. Warren Roberts at the Pacific Institute of Facial Aesthetics.
Jason Olandesca
Nurse Injector
Jason graduated from the University of Calgary's Faculty of Nursing in 1998. He has held clinical positions in various medical fields and has extensive experience in developing and facilitating advanced injection practice training programs. Jason has trained hundreds of injectors and maintains an active injection practice across Western Canada.
