Our Story

My journey into massage therapy sprang from a lifelong passion for understanding the human body. After years of working in a fast-paced corporate world, I felt a calling to pursue something more meaningful. During a particularly stressful period, I received a massage that changed my life. The moment I felt the tension melting away, I knew I wanted to help others experience that release. That pivotal experience led me to enroll in a comprehensive massage therapy program, and I haven't looked back since. Hands On Massage Therapy Ltd. was born from a desire to create a sanctuary where individuals can escape the chaos of life and reconnect with themselves. Each day, I am inspired by my clients’ stories and struggles, driving me to refine my skills. Community engagement is also dear to my heart; I frequently host wellness events that encourage our Calgary neighbors to explore holistic practices together. It’s these connections and shared experiences that fuel my drive and define my practice.
