Our Story

The journey to establishing Amanda Prokop RMT, Massage Therapy stemmed from a profound passion for healing and wellness. Growing up in Calgary, I always had an affinity for understanding how our bodies move and respond to stressors. After witnessing friends and family struggle with the physical toll of their demanding lifestyles, I decided to channel my passion into a career. I pursued rigorous training and earned my RMT certification not just to provide relief, but to foster a deep sense of awareness and connection in each client. The joy I feel when witnessing someone leave with a lighter spirit inspires me every day. To me, it's not merely about alleviating aches; it's about cultivating long-term self-care routines and understanding the body's whispers. Encouraging clients to be in tune with their own bodies has become a driving force behind my practice. This personal history and philosophy are what enrich the service clients find at my practice.
