My journey into hypnotherapy began unexpectedly. Years ago, I faced my own struggles with anxiety. Traditional methods felt like band-aids, temporary fixes that never addressed the core issues. It was during this time that I stumbled upon RTT®. The profound changes I experienced in my life inspired me to train in this transformative method. After earning my certification, I devoted myself to sharing this incredible therapy with others. I established my practice in Calgary not just to treat anxiety, but to facilitate genuine self-discovery. Every day, I meet incredible people who are willing to confront their fears and embrace change, and it’s that drive that keeps me passionate about what I do. Knowing that I can help someone reclaim their life is what fuels my work.
