As I traveled through Europe, I was captivated by the Nordic tradition of hydrotherapy. The way it melded community, health, and relaxation together resonated with me on a profound level. Upon returning to Calgary, I envisioned a space where people could disconnect from their hectic lives and reconnect with themselves through the element of water.
