Our Story

The story of Myofunctional Fitness started with my own childhood struggles that shaped my understanding of wellness. I grew up feeling out of breath after playing outside or even during simple daily tasks. Frustration led my family to seek answers through various treatments; it was during this journey that I stumbled upon myofunctional therapy. The transformation I experienced opened my eyes to the incredible interplay between our oral functions and overall health. I wanted to share this gift with my community in Airdrie. Now, I dedicate my heart and soul to helping others reclaim their breath and well-being. Bringing people in touch with their bodies and helping them express themselves is immensely fulfilling, pushing me to continually learn and share new techniques. At Myofunctional Fitness, we nurture not just physical changes but emotional growth too. It’s about building a connection, one session at a time.
