Our Story

The spark to open Michelle Neustaedter Counselling came from my own experiences in navigating life's challenges. Having grown up in Airdrie, I witnessed the importance of community support during tough times. My journey into counselling was fueled by a desire to provide that same support to others. I remember my first connections with clients—how their vulnerability inspired me. They brought raw stories of triumph and struggle, lighting a fire in me to help create a nurturing space for others. What drives me every day is the joy I feel when clients find clarity, hope, and strength. This isn’t just business; it’s personal, it’s my way of giving back to a community that shaped me.
