Our Story

The inception of Airdrie Better Living Centre is rooted deeply in my own transformative journey toward wellness. Years ago, I was overwhelmed by the demands of work and personal life, leading me to explore various holistic practices. I encountered Qigong during a particularly challenging season, and it was as if the pieces of my life suddenly fell into place. The fluid motions and meditative essence helped me tap into a reservoir of energy I never knew existed. It was during this transformative period that I felt the urge to share this incredible practice with others. After extensive training and certification, I founded the Airdrie Better Living Centre. My vision was simple yet profound: create a welcoming space where individuals could explore their own energy pathways, find solace, and forge connections with like-minded peers. The camaraderie that forms amongst practitioners is something unique; it’s about learning together, sharing experiences, and fostering a supportive environment. Every day I’m reminded of why I started this journey when I see the smiles and sense of calm that participants carry with them. It’s more than just Qigong; it’s about building a community grounded in health and mutual respect.
