My journey into energy medicine began with fostering a connection to my own well-being. As a child, I was always intrigued by how people could heal through food and natural remedies, often watching my grandmother whip up remedies from her garden. This fascination grew into a passion. After studying various healing practices and completing my training in nutrition counseling, I realized what was missing in many wellness models—an integration of mind, body, and spirit. In Airdrie, I found my ideal community, passionate about bettering their health and open to exploring holistic methods. It was this very desire to bridge traditional nutritional practices with energy healing that prompted me to establish Inner Radiance. Every client interaction energizes me; it’s rewarding to help individuals uncover the vital connection between what they consume and how they feel. This is my calling, and every consult is an opportunity to empower others to shine their light.
