My journey to creating Zen With Suzanne stems from a deeply personal experience. Years ago, I found myself lost in the noise of daily life, my mind constantly racing. Meditation became my refuge, a lifeline that helped me reconnect with my true self. I began to study various techniques, ranging from ancient practices to modern adaptations, each sharing a common thread: the transformative power of mindfulness. Fueled by my passion, I decided to share this gift with others. Every day, I see a glimpse of my own past in the faces of my clients, and it drives my desire to create a supportive space where everyone feels seen and heard.
